Q: When will my order ship?
We do our very best to turn orders around within 24 hrs. However, sometimes orders can take up to 3 days or longer to process depending on Expo Travel Schedule and on hand product inventory. It is helpful to know if you have a date deadline.

Q: What are my Shipping Choices?
Standard USPS First Class Mail Option ($4.00) typically takes 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Option ($7.95) typically takes 2-3 business days.
USPS Express Mail Option ($21.95) is guaranteed overnight to most locations.

USPS First Class international can take up to two weeks and longer if randomly spot checked at customs.
USPS Priority International typically takes 6-10 business days

Q: What if I didn’t receive my order?
Once notified of an issue with receipt of a shipped order, our policy is to wait an additional 5 business days. At that point if package is still not received we will either re ship merchandise or issue refund. This is with the understanding should the original package eventually show up it will be returned to sender or payment remitted.   
Shipping delays are beyond our control and can happen, though infrequent.


Q: Are your products Sterling Silver?
Yes, all our products are .925 Sterling Silver and not ‘silver plated’.  A subtle .925 mark is on the back of our pieces.  A few of our charms are mixed metal with Sterling Silver and/or Brass and Copper.

Q: Will your silver tarnish?

All sterling silver is prone to tarnish. However, with proper care it can be kept looking brand new. All our Silver is sent in an anti-tarnish treated baggie that should be kept for your jewelry to be sealed in and protected from air.

Q: What do I do if my necklace breaks?
Lift Your Sole stands behind our jewelry’s quality 100%. All manufacturer defects are replaced in full without charge. All other issues are done on a case by case basis. Lift Your Sole is not responsible for lost charms and encourages frequently worn pieces to be soldered.

Q: Do your beads fit Pandora?
Yes, all our beads are large hole European Style Beads and Pandora, Chamilia and Troll compatible.

Q: Do you do custom jewelry pieces?
We do large volume Custom Designs for Race Events, Finisher Medals, Fundraising and Bulk Orders. We do small individualized custom orders- see collections/stampedjewelry. As we are continually developing new products, we do welcome suggestions and ideas on making your design concept or idea come to life. 


Q: How do I do an exchange or return?
Please contact customerservice@liftyoursole.com and tell us about what you are wanting to return or exchange. We get so few returns that we take each return on an individual basis.
